Hi my name is Thomas I am 10 years old and I love to sing and play instruments. I also like travelling overseas with my family I've been to China, America , Some of Europe and to Australia and Thailand. Look at this AWESOME Website : http://www.wordle.net/create In the weekend I went to the library to get some really cool stuff and i got 2 new albums one was Bruno Mars and the other was Brooke Fraser and on sunday I went to the Black Sticks men hockey team play at Lloyd Elsmore they lost 4 - 2 to Belgium I enjoyed it so much because I went with one of my best friends. I've enjoyed school so much so far this term, this is our friend's dog Zac in Taupo.
Iloved EOTC week, my favourite was TREE ADVENTURES!!! there are 4 different courses and I loved it because you are above ground. We went to The Orakei Marae aswell and Mt albert wave pools and we did Orienteering at Waiaturua Reserve. I personally Loved it because it as so fun and I think I enjoyed it the most in all of year 5! I loved EOTC Week the best experience with friends and with school I hope you liked it as much as I did! The other day I got a new hockey stick and got it signed by the womans black sticks
In Class We are learning about the water cycle and for homework this week we have to reduce water and as soon as I got home I was bolting around the house making signs and putting them up and upgrading the sinks to bowls DID YOU KNOW that the average hand wash for kids is 0.5 LITRES!!!!! This Term we are learning about Discovery and we are also writing speeches for presenting in week 4 which I will be there for and are making Stain Removers (scroll down for more info).
In week 5 I am going skiing for the North Island Ski Champs and I got selected from 5 Meadowbank School Boys from Years 4-6.
I also went last year.
